Charts

Charts display on the Form Dashboard screen. The chart function uses the data entered on forms to display various chart types.

Any data entered into a form is available for charting. For example, you may want to keep track of parts used at service calls in order to better manage inventory. Or, you may want to monitor odometer readings to curb fuel costs. Use the chart function to create and display any forms data relevant to your operations.

A set of default charts that displays simple form counts is available from the Dashboard tab. This set includes:

·    Total Forms Completed

·    Forms by User

·    Forms by Groups

·    Forms By Day

·    Forms By Hour

·    Total Forms

·    Average By User

You can also create customized charts from your forms data to see at-a-glance statistical information. Once created, this information is available from the dashboard whenever you log on.

On the Form Dashboard, use the View Chart List button to open a listing of all charts. Charts are categorized as Public and Private on the chart list. Public charts can be shared with other system users. Private charts are viewable and modifiable only by the logged-in user. Select from the icons in the Action column to change or delete the charts listed.

See Custom Charts for information on creating and modifying custom charts.
