In the Users vertical panel, you can view all users and the group(s) to which they belong. The Users panel is divided into two sections - top and bottom. Use the grid options to reconfigure the order of the data displayed. The bottom section is activated by the choices you make on the top section.
Click on a user in the top section and view the associated group(s) below. There are many options available for working with the users:
· View Unassigned - see only the unassigned the users
· Edit - open the Edit Tracking Users screen to modify user details
· Click and drag - click and drag a user to the Users or Groups panels. When you click and hold a user to place it in another area, instructions, including the icon, display to guide you. Additionally, a border will display around an acceptable location for re-placement.
On the bottom of the Users vertical panel, click Remove to remove an assigned group from the user.
