Groups Panel

In the Groups vertical panel, you can view all users and the group(s) to which they belong. The Groups panel is divided into two sections - top and bottom.  Use the grid options to reconfigure the order of the data displayed. The bottom section is activated by the choices you make on the top section.

 

Top section

Click on a group in the top section and view the associated user(s) below. There are many options available for working with the users:

 

·    Add - Add a group

·    Edit - Change the group name

·    Delete - Delete the group

·    Click and drag - click and drag a group to the Users or System Users panels. When you click and hold a group to place it in another area, instructions, including the icon, display to guide you. Additionally, a border will display around acceptable locations for replacement.

 

Bottom section

The bottom section of the Groups panel is divided into two sections:

 

·    User(s) in the group - See all users in the group

·    Group is tracked by - See which users are tracking the group

 

In both bottom sections of the Groups vertical panel, click Remove to remove an user from the group, or to remove a tracking user.
