Form Data Detail is a collapsible section of the Form Search screen. It shows all the data entered in forms on the handsets or devices. Use the Hide Detail/Show Detail button to collapse or expand this section. You can also opt to show or hide empty fields within the forms. The Form Data Detail section features these options for working with the data:
· Edit Data - Make changes to data in certain fields - fields in grayed areas cannot be changed
· Show Empty Fields - Show fields with no data
· Export - View and save the form field data as a pdf or .csv file to a location on your hard drive
· Email - Send the data via email to one or multiple recipients. Separate email addresses with a comma.
· Print - Print the form data to a connected printer
