Phone Form by Location

The Phone Form by Location report provides information about forms completed by users during a specified time period. Information includes:

· Form type (clock in, clock out, etc.)

· Date and time the user started and stopped the form

· Total amount of time spent on form

· Form and child form field information entered into the handset

· The number of miles driven while completing the form

· User total number of hours, total number of forms, form time, and form miles

· Job location name, street address or cross streets, city, state and ZIP code
