Toggle the Grid View button to display up-to-date information on maintenance services for all vehicles. Vehicles are listed in table format, with a column for each maintenance service. Note: Maintenance services listed may vary, depending on those you or your system administrator have created.
Sort the data by All, Active or Past Due using the View By Status button above the grid.
Double click on a listing or click on the Edit or Complete tool in the Action column to change service details. A grayed-out item in the Action column means that the service is a one-time occurrence, and does not need to be updated. See Maintenance Tools for more information on all the tools, or Editing Maintenance Services for instructions on editing the data.
You can also reorder the columns, sort and/or group screen data. See Grid for more information.
