Running Miles Reports

The Miles reports provide historical mileage information on individual user or groups.

 

1.     Choose Reports from the menu at the top, open the History report folder, and choose a report.

2.     Moving rightward to the next panel, choose a 'View by' preference (user or groups), and then choose individual user(s) or groups.

3.     Depending on the report type you have chosen, the Use Metric checkbox may display on the Parameters panel. Check this to view data in metric form.

4.     Set the time parameters (date and time zone) for the report in the fields that follow.

5.     Click Schedule Report to schedule the report  -OR- click Run Now to run the report.

 

Scheduling the Report

If you choose Schedule, the Schedule panel displays.

1.     Enter a name for the report in the Name field. This field is required.

2.     Select a format for the report.

3.     Choose a frequency for the report.

4.     Use the drop-down listing to choose a time for the report to run.

 

In the Email section below, you can configure an auto-generated email of the report to multiple recipients.

5.     Type a subject for the report in the Subject field.

6.     Enter a message in the Body field.

7.     Enter recipients in the To and Cc fields, separated by a semicolon only - no spaces.

8.     Check the Enabled checkbox to activate the report.

9.     Check in the Email Empty Report checkbox if you would like for a report to be forwarded, regardless of the contents.

10.  Click Save to add the report to the listing of scheduled reports, or Run Now to run the report immediately and add it to the scheduled reports.

 

Exporting the Report  

In any column with GPS data, italicized entries represent the last known GPS. The number of report pages generated will display at the top of the report. Use the arrows to navigate back, forward, or to the last page.

You can also adjust the resolution and enter and find search criteria.

1.     Click on the drop-down export icon at the top of the report and choose a format.

2.     Save the file in your chosen format.
