If you click Messaging and it has not been enabled, a dialog will display, giving you the option of enabling the feature on all devices.Use Messaging under the Admin menu option to view and send messages. The number of new, unread messages will display next to the Messages button. Or, click Messages from any screen to see a quick view of messages, along with options to either open the Messaging function, or compose a new message.
When you choose Messaging, the Messaging screen displays, with the Inbox, Sent and Trash tabs. Click a tab to view messages in either category.

The screen is divided into a grid displaying messages on the left, and the text of selected messages on the right. Use the icons on both sides of the screen to compose a new message, delete or forward a message, or refresh the message list.
